A successful veteran in the real estate industry, Peter Burr brings a vast amount of experience and expertise to The Buyer's Agency. Licensed in 1989, he has been providing superior services throughout Metro Atlanta as a Realtor, Broker, Coach/Trainer, and an active investor. As a Georgia Registered Appraiser he is able to bring additional valuable insight to the home buying and valuation process. Areas of expertise include REO's, Bank Owned Properties, Short Sales, and Investment Analysis. Utilizing his extensive local knowledge of Atlanta neighborhoods and neighborhood trends, Peter has helped hundreds of homebuyers navigate the home buying process successfully AND profitably.
Raised in Atlanta near Emory University, Peter attended Fernbank Elementary, The Paideia School, and Druid Hills High. Prior to his real estate career, Burr worked in the corporate environment for The Coca-Cola Company and Sprint. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and currently resides in Vinings, GA, with his son, Stephen, and their loyal hound, Riley.
