"I got into Real Estate after marrying Dan, a builder with a Real Estate degree from UGA. He had me pick out his new home color schemes, decorate his model homes and even help with marketing the homes. It was something I really enjoyed and was good at, so I got my real estate license and began working with other buyers and sellers as well."
Over the years Joni has worked with investors buying dozens of foreclosures--keeping some for rental property and flipping others for profit. Joni has worked with many first time buyers to find the right house within their budget and seasoned buyers to purchase second homes on the lake. Joni's passion is finding a house with the "right fit" based on someone's lifestyle and budget.
